Charter Conditions

To charter a bareboat in Croatia, you must have:

• a valid skipper license

• a valid VHF radio certificate

Both documents must be presented at check-in. If you do not hold the required documents, a professional skipper must be hired.

A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. It covers the cost of possible damages, losses, or missing equipment.

If the yacht is returned in the same condition and with a full fuel tank, the deposit is fully refunded.

Check-in: usually after 14:00

Check-out: completed by 09:00 on the last day

Final inspection takes place the evening before return.

The yacht is handed over with a full fuel tank and must be returned full.

If the yacht is not refueled upon return, a refuelling fee applies.

The charter is limited to Croatian territorial waters.

Crossing borders is not permitted without written approval.

Participation in regattas is strictly prohibited.

Our yachts cannot be used for any competitive sailing events.

If any damage occurs, the base must be contacted immediately.

We will advise and assist, and repairs will be handled professionally.

Our base technical team is available throughout the charter for support, troubleshooting, and emergency help.

Before check-out, the yacht must be:

• clean and tidy

• with all equipment present

• with a full fuel tank

• ready for further navigation

Pets are accepted only with prior approval.

An extra cleaning fee may apply.

Personal belongings are not covered by insurance.

We advise storing valuables safely.

The Charterer is responsible for:

• safe operation of the yacht

• navigation according to maritime rules

• returning the yacht on time

• covering damages caused by negligence or misuse

During check-in, we provide:

• technical briefing

• safety instructions

• walkthrough of yacht equipment

• documentation checks
