To charter a bareboat in Croatia, you need:
• a valid skipper’s license accepted by Croatian authorities
• a valid VHF radio certificate
• a passport or ID
If you don’t have the required documents, you can hire a professional skipper.
Leaving Croatian waters is only allowed with prior written approval from the charter company.
By default, sailing outside Croatia (to Italy, Slovenia, Montenegro) is not permitted without authorization due to insurance regulations.
No. Our yachts cannot be used for regattas under any circumstances.
Participation in any regatta, race, or competitive event is strictly prohibited according to our company policy and insurance guidelines.
The security deposit is a refundable amount paid before departure to cover potential damages, losses, or missing equipment.
If the yacht is returned in the same condition with a full fuel tank, the deposit is fully refunded.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
An additional cleaning fee may apply.
Fuel is not included.
You receive the yacht with a full tank and must return it full; otherwise, a refuelling fee applies.

Each yacht has a certified maximum capacity, and it cannot be exceeded under any circumstances for safety and legal reasons.

If port authorities issue a sailing ban, you must wait until the ban is lifted. Your safety briefing will include details on how to act in such situations.
Check-in: usually from 14:00 to 18:00
Check-out: inspection is done the evening before, final check-out by 09:00 on the last day.
